1. About paRRssport

2. Who may use paRRssport

Every account is strictly for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement for yourself or for the business or organisation you represent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, keeping your contact information current and using paRRssport lawfully. Public-facing names may be personal names, professional names, pseudonyms or business names, provided they are not deceptive or used to impersonate another person or organisation.

4. Your content and the licence you give us

You retain ownership of photographs, videos, text, listings, tours and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formats, display, distribute and make that content available through paRRssport. This includes creating thumbnails, crops, previews, encoded versions and public sharing cards, and using public content to operate and promote paRRssport and Riviera Ready. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except where copies must be retained for legal, security, backup or dispute purposes, or where another member has lawfully reshared it.

5. Your responsibilities

You must own your content or have all permissions needed to post it and grant the licence above. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of listings, promotions, affiliate links and commercial claims. You must clearly disclose advertising, gifts, commissions and affiliate relationships where required.

6. Community and safety

You must follow the Community Rules. Content that promotes, advertises, encourages or glorifies hunting, fishing or any form of animal cruelty is prohibited. We may remove content, restrict visibility, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence and report matters where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members or comply with law. Available complaint routes will be explained with relevant decisions. A moderation decision may be challenged through our Moderation Appeals page.

7. Advertising and personalisation

paRRssport may display contextual or relevant advertising and may offer paid boosts, listing allowances and professional tools. Our Privacy Notice explains how account activity, interests and interactions may be used to operate, personalise, measure and improve the service. Optional browser tracking is controlled separately through Cookie settings.

8. Paid services

Additional terms, prices, renewal rules, usage limits and refund rights may apply to paid listings, subscriptions, boosts or other commercial features. Those additional terms form part of this agreement for the feature concerned.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but paRRssport may change, experience interruptions or withdraw features. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights and liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform and law develop. Minor clarifications may take effect after notice. Material changes will be highlighted in advance where reasonably possible, and fresh consent will be requested where the law requires it.
